Privacy protection
Every piece of information you send us will be used exclusively for the purpose it was intended. All of your personal data are secured by security measures like encryption of sensitive content and server protection. We do not sell, lend or forward your personal data to any third party except trusted third party for credit card processing (T-Com). Your credit card information transfer is completely secured by SSL-encryption.
Authorization
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Security
We are underlining the fact that all of your data entered during the user registration process are protected with a secure server and we are receiving/sending them using the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer). The data coming to us is encrypted. The encryption modifies the signs (letters and numbers) into unrecognizable bit codes and that way they safely travel through the Internet.
Povrat / Reklamacije
Kupac ima pravo na povrat robe u sljedećim slučajevima:
- isporuka robe koja nije naručena
- isporuka robe koja ima grešku ili oštećenja koja nisu nastala u transportu
Prodavatelj će odobriti povrat robe Kupcu nakon prijema opravdane reklamacije e-mailom ili pismeno, s instrukcijama za povrat robe. U slučaju nemogućnosti isporuke druge robe, Prodavatelj će nadoknaditi Kupcu njegove poštanske troškove povrata robe i eventualnu vrijednost robe koju nije više u mogućnosti isporučiti. Roba do potpunog plaćanja Kupcu ostaje njegovo vlasništvo.
Otprema
Robu dostavljamo putem usluga Hrvatske Pošte po njihovom važećem cjeniku dostave. Roba će biti zapakirana tako da se uobičajenom manipulacijom u poštanskom prometu ne može oštetiti. Kupac je dužan prilikom preuzimanja robe provjeriti eventualna oštećenja i odmah ih reklamirati poštanskom radniku koji je robu dostavio, odnosno odbiti preuzeti pošiljku na kojoj su vidljiva vanjska oštećenja. Roba je osigurana od gubitka u dostavi, te ako Kupac ni nakon 7 dana od predaje narudžbe ne dobije nikakvu obavijest ili isporuku od Prodavatelja, mora ga obavijestiti kako bi Prodavatelj mogao osigurati pronalazak pošiljke ili poslati zamjensku.
